The Scared Gang 

 

These stories are particularly helpful for children (and adults) in stressful situations. Used to explore ways to increase self-care and using our senses to self soothe. They are all based on how we respond when we are triggered to a fight/flight/freeze/flop response by stress. The idea is that we read the stories and identity which one (or more) matches us in our sensory needs and to help build our self regulating resources.
